Friday Harbor Grange #225 was first founded in 1908, and was disbanded in 1921.
In October of 2012, a group of people met to re-organize Friday Harbor Grange #225. We are located on San Juan Island off the coast of Washington State.
There are about 8,000 residents on San Juan Island. Access to the mainland of WA State is by WA State Ferry, airplane or private boat.
The mission of Friday Harbor Grange # 225 is to commit to the development of the potential in families, youth and adults of all ages through dynamic programs and experiences that educate, engage and enrich lives. Our goal is to preserve, promote and improve the rural lifestyle of our community in all activities.
We are active in our rural community. We have many exciting ideas to promote community spirit and sustainable lifestyles on our rural island.
